Episode 91: Days of Future Past

What’s old is new again. In this episode of the Random Nintendo Podcast, we revisit the time traveling adventures of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask and experience 3D as it was meant to be with the New Nintendo 3DS XL. The show first kicks off with the an in-depth discussion of Amiibo and Nintendo’s recent investor meeting, including a look at what’s next for the figurines and Nintendo’s plans for maintaining the Wii U and 3DS’s momentum. 1. Hi Jason and Jose.

Thank you so much for another great episode. I really love listening to your opinions and take on the world of Nintendo. Both good and bad. Jason your impressions on the new 3DS XL has at least help relieve some of my problems/reservations with it. (I did really want the standard sized unit though.)

Oh and great episode title too, I love the Days of Future Past comic. On that note, Bryan Singer directed X1 and X2 and Brett Ratner directed X3, that’s why Singer had Days of Future Past rewrite the ending of X3. Definitely a good thing. (Sorry, not trying to be critical, really I’m not. Please don’t take it that way.)

Anyways, fantastic show as always! And definitely look forward to Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, I’ve no doubt you’ll love it.

Oh did you ever find the missing 3DS screw?

P.S. – I like the frog because he says ribbit. 😉

    1. Oh, that’s right. I forgot Ratner came in and messed everything up with X3. Thanks for the correction. Still searching for that 3DS screw… I think it may be a lost cause at this point, but I’m not giving up yet.

Appreciate the kind words as always!

      1. Hey Jason.

Thank you so much for understanding. I really wasn’t trying to be critical, really I wasn’t. I just really hated X3. Anyways, I do love the episode title. The podcast was great as always. Thanks so much for the time you and Jose put into it. I hope you find the missing screw too!

Oh and I see your profile pic is your Mii, you and Jose could design Nintendo’s smart-phone app.

    2. Thanks again for listening lol
Man Jason, I thought you were on top of those types of factoids :/

Yes, I still stand by that statement. Also forgot to mention the frogs biggest appeal, and that is that it’s orange!

  2. Hey Jose.
