Episode 183: Flipping Out

From the internet’s collective flip-outs over the Smash Bros Direct to flips between life and death in Flipping Death, you could say there’s a lot of flipping to be had in this episode of the Random Nintendo Podcast. We begin with a deep dive into the recent Smash Bros. Direct, discussing the new characters, modes, and more revealed for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Our attention then turns to other Switch games in the news as we discuss DOOM Eternal, Diablo III: Eternal Collection, and even some games without “Eternal” in their name. We also examine the current state of the Switch’s port scene, before wrapping up with impressions of Flipping Death and indie puzzler Yuso.
