Episode 212: Wake Me Up

If the first half of 2019 was the Switch lineup in a slumber, then September’s onslaught of new games is its awakening. In this episode of the Random Nintendo Podcast, we share impressions of three of the biggest, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, Untitled Goose Game, and Sayonara Wild Hearts, plus older releases Cuphead and Truck Racing Championship. We also examine what such a high number of new titles means for discoverability and the future of the eShop, as well as give our takes on Mario Kart Tour and its multiple monetization schemes.
